All consultations are strictly by appointment only, ensuring every client receives personalized and undivided attention. Appointments can be booked through our website, WhatsApp, or official contact channels.
If rescheduling is required, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. Clients arriving over 15 minutes late may need to reschedule based on studio availability.
Every La Fantaisie creation is a handcrafted couture piece, made uniquely for you. Each design requires 160-400+ man-hours, depending on intricacy, embellishment, and fabric.
Once the design, fabric, and size details are confirmed and production begins, no modifications can be made. Every piece is created from scratch to fit your body measurements, aesthetic, and occasion.
Because each La Fantaisie piece is exclusively handcrafted, cancellations and refunds are not accepted under any circumstance.
In exceptional, compassionate cases (such as severe medical emergencies), management may, at its sole discretion, consider a partial adjustment toward a future order.
Fittings are scheduled according to production timelines. Minor post-delivery alterations, if required, can be arranged for an additional fee depending on the nature and scope of changes.
All designs, sketches, patterns, photos, videos, and written content are the intellectual property of La Fantaisie Wedding Atelier.
Reproduction, duplication, or imitation - in part or whole - without prior written approval is strictly prohibited.
La Fantaisie reserves the right to photograph or document fittings, final garments, and couture pieces for portfolio, archival, or brand promotion purposes.
We may also - with dignity and respect - feature publicly available wedding or event photographs (for instance, from clients’ own social media or their photographers’ posts) to celebrate the artistry and legacy of our couture.
This may include reposting or featuring such imagery on our website, social media handles, or lookbooks, always in a tasteful and respectful manner.
If you wish to opt out of any promotional or public use, please notify us in writing at the time of your order confirmation.
